PlainTextClipboard converts formatted text in the Windows clipboard to unformatted plain text.
It has no user interface, when you run it it will simply remove the formatting from text in the clipboard at that time, meaning any formatting will be lost when you paste it into applications later.
If you run PlainTextClipboard when there is no formatted text on the clipboard, it will simply do nothing.
