Windows File Manager (WinFile) is the original file manager from Windows 3.X improved and offered for all Windows operating systems.
It is the result of Microsoft employees resurrecting the original Windows File Manager, making it open source and compatible with all versions of Windows, even Windows 10. It is rather different in appearance to the original WinFile but it definitely retains a legacy appearance that will prompt nostalgia for those old enough to remember Windows 3.X, or will give a glimpse into the past for those not old enough.
