KeroSoft PhotoEditor is a photo editing solution that provides all the basic features you typically need.

It''s not a very advanced photo editing application but it provides most of the needs of the average user. The interface is similar to other photo editing tools with a panel of tools on the left and adjustment options and effects accessible from a ribbon.

You can draw on the canvas manually using the brush or pencil tool. There is also the eraser, clone stamp, eye-dropper, bucket and more. Opactity, layers and other things can be adjusted from the right side of the interface.
