Clever Alarm is a very simple but useful alarm tool for Windows that can display text and play sounds at a specific time.
All you have to do is input the House, the Minute and the Second that you want the alarm to sound for. It will play a sound file of your choice, and display text of your choice. Just click Start to activate the alarm.
NOTE: Requires .NET framework 4 or higher.
