Delete All Except is an application that will delete every file in a folder except for certain types of files you wish to keep.

So for example, you could delete every file in a huge folder of images except for .PNG files, or you could delete everything in a downloads folder except for music and video files. This will save you time manually spend selecting files to be deleted, while trying to keep important files.
