DragTargets is a freeware utility that adds some extra functionality for dragging and dropping files and folders in Windows.
It provides a simple option for accessing folders that are used frequently, letting you create a target button for a folder, including external drives. You can copy a file or folder to a folder simply by dragging it onto the target.
You can also open the folder by clicking on the target instead.
