Fenix GetPixelColor is a tool that can get color codes for you from any color on your screen, by just placing the pointer over it.
You can select which you require, such as HTML, CSS or Perl, and then when you place the pointer over a colored pixel on your screen, you will see the color codes showing up on the user interface.
This is particularly useful for web developers and programmers.
