FileTool can create a large number of files, or lock files in order to test applications.
If you need to create a very large amount of files, or just very large files, this tool can do that easily. It can also lock files on your computer so that you can test how your applications interact with locked files etc.
It's a useful tool if you need to do a lot of file management tests as a developer, but otherwise it doesn't have a use for the layman.
NOTE: For 64-bit bit Windows, download FileTool (64-bit) instead.
