Instance Controller will prevent a user from running multiple instances of the same application.

Key Features:

Stop an application from being launched more than once.
Allow the user to override the prevented launch.
Display a message prior to the application being executed.
Log date/time each time the application is executed.
Execute application with specified arguments.
Configuration is saved within an .ini file allowing for easy customising, hot-swapping, or backup.
Tiny stand-alone application (1x .exe (application), 1x .ini (configuration))
