linkMaker provides a better interface for creating shortcuts, symbolic links and ntfs hardlinks/junction points.
It is basically a replacement for the Create Shortcut wizard in Windows. It presents all options on just one screen and will auto fill as much info as possible.
Shell integration adds it to the right-click actions in Explorer.
