Metro Clock is a Desktop enhancement that adds a Metro-style clock to the Windows Desktop.
It is similar to the Windows 8 lock screen clock, but you can use this tool to add it any Desktop from Windows 7 and up, and not just to the lock screen.
You can set it to start with Windows and whether you want it to appear large or small on the Desktop.
