PinToStartMenu can pin Control Panel items and folders to Windows Start Menu through the right-click context menu.
Simply run the app and click the Install button. It adds the ‘Pin to start menu’ item to the context menu of folders and the Control Panel applets.
You can uninstall from within the app at any time too.
