Right Delete adds file destruction capabilities to the right-click (context menu) options in Explorer.
It will completely trash a file before it is deleted, so that it can't be recovered in its original state later. You have to run the app to add the context menu options in Explorer.
Then you should be able to access it by right-clicking on a file you want to destroy. You can also just drag and drop a file on the application icon to destroy it.
