Start10 is an alternative Start Menu for Windows 10 that you can configure to your preferences.
You can use it to restore a Windows 7-style Start Menu if you wish that will include the old "All Programs" list, while also listing all of your Windows 10 apps. Live Tiles can be removed completely if you don't like them.
Additionally, you can define a custom Start button and apply different textures to the menu or start bar.
If you hold down CTRL and click Start, then the new Windows 10 Start Menu will display instead.
