ZBar allows you to display a Windows taskbar on multiple screens, not just the primary screen in Windows.
It can place a taskbar across all non-primary monitors with one or two rows of buttons. It also supports keyboard shortcuts to move windows one screen along.
You can also display a six month calendar, last month, this month, and four months ahead.
