Being programmed in Java as well, Eclipse is a cross-platform software and is available for Windows, OS X and Linux. Eclipse has an easy-to-use user interface that can be customised to one's liking. Eclipse itself is also highly customizable with addons, such as Aptana. Programming-easing features of Eclipse include code assist, libraries and debug console and hints, as well as code project management.
