Floomby is a screenshot tool for Windows that can capture screenshots of full screen, or screen regions.
Once the screenshots are captured they can be uploaded online or can be saved as PNG or JPG. The screenshots can be captured through the use of configurable hotkeys. Hold the Ctrl key when taking the snapshot of the screen area to enable drawing functions.
