You can use it to record more or less anything on your screen, like your use of an application or a Skype conversation. After capturing, you can use its built in editing features too.

Audio can be grabbed from any source on the computer, so you can easily record from the microphone if you need to add a voice over to your video.

You can save your clips to popular file types including AVI, MKV, MP4 and so on, or you can upload them directly to web services from the application.
