Zip Attachment is a plugin for Outlook that automatically compresses attachments in ZIP archives.
This reduces the file size which is good for you as the sender, and the recipient as the downloader.
Whenever you attach a file, it will automatically compress the file for you before sending the mail. Once you install the app, it will start working immediately with its default settings.
NOTE: Limited trial.
