Hardping can be used to Ping remote computers successfully even if Windows Firewall is enabled on them.
Windows Firewall is now default on modern Windows operating systems. While this is generally good for security, it can mean that the Ping tool in Windows will be unsuccessful when you ping another computer with Windows Firewall enabled.
