Network Traffic Monitor is a simple tool that can monitor the Internet and network traffic on your computer.
It shows how many bytes were uploaded / downloaded. I might be useful to avoid extra charge if the Internet Service Provider sets a monthly traffic limit.
It also displays your LAN IP and the MAC address of your network adapter.
