FlashCookiesView from NirSoft is a freeware application that can view the Cookies stored by the Adobe Flash plug-in.
Regardless of the web browser that you use, FlashCookiesView will be able to find Cookies created (local shared objects) by the Flash plug-ins, since it always saves them to the same location.
The Cookies are displayed in a detailed list, and a lower pane shows the contents of individual cookies when selected. Users can opt to delete any of the Cookies, or export the information as text, XML or HTML.
FlashCookiesView works on any version of Windows up to Windows 7.
