CodeInventors NCrypt is a tool you can use to encrypt and decrypt files in Windows.
Simply add files/folders to the list (the contents of the folder will be encrypted/decrypted), supply a key to use for encryption, and click Start.
You can use the same application and key to decrypt the content later.
