Free Firewall will let you control what programs and apps are allowed to access the Internet from your PC.
It includes a Paranoid Mode that will block Internet access to all programs unless you have provided prior consent to access.
If a non-regulated program wants to access the Internet, you will receive immediately a notification with which you can permit or block the Internet access.
Stop the download of telemetry data of the respective software manufacturer and and the Microsoft Server. The firewall blocks all background transmissions of telemetry data of the Windows operating system on the server in the Internet.
NOTE: For 64-bit Windows, download Free Firewall (64-bit) instead.
