BSNL Password Decryptor is a tool that can help to recover a password for a BSNL modem or router device. The tool is available for free from SecurityXploded.com.
In order for this to work, you will need a backup configuration file. That will enable an instant recovery of the password. It can also retrieve a password from an encrypted BSNL password.
It does not support all BSNL hardware, however.
