Emsisoft Decrypter for Marlboro can attempt to recover files encrypted by the Marlboro ransomware.
Encrypted files are renamed to ".oops" by this particular ransomware. You will require an encrypted file and an original unencrypted copy of that file to use this tool.
Unfortunately, due to a bug in the coding of this particular malware, up to 7 bytes will have been truncated from files and is unrecoverable.
Emsisoft has offered this tool to the public for free, and also a handy technical guide to explain using it.
