Some malware will hide real files and folders on a USB or other removable device and will plant malicious files and malicious shortcuts. In most cases, the files are not lost they have just been hidden.

This simple tool will check the removable device for such hidden files and make them visible again. It can change other attributes too of specific files and folders if you wish.
