HiddenDIR is a small free privacy tool that can help you to hide directories (folders).
You can save the program on a USB device, or in any directory, and use it to limit access to private directories. You can set a password that you will be prompted to enter when you run the program in order to gain access to a hidden directory.
You can easily hide/unhide folders by changing their stance in a list on the user interface of HiddenDIR.
NOTE: Requires .NET framework.
