Permadelete can destroy files and folders to prevent them from being recovered later.
It is preferential to the default delete feature in Windows, which only allows for files to be overwritten later by other processes, but they remain on the disk and are recoverable until that happens.
To run this tool, you will need .NET Framework 4.5.
NOTE: This portable version doesn't include an installer.
