Private Folder is a tool that can secure access to a folder on a Windows PC.
It can hide any folder from other applications and from Explorer and the command prompt. You can still reach it if you know the path however.
Another option is to Lock the folder, which will bring up an access denied message when a user attempts to access the folder.
For best results, the tool does support locking a folder behind a password of your choice. Definitely worth checking out if you have some folders you'd rather not share.
