This removal tool helps to repair infections of W32.Ackantta!Dr on a Windows PC.
Please note that in Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7, you will need to have administrative privileges for this removal tool to work correctly. In Vista and 7, this means right-clicking the removal tool and clicking "Run As Administrator".
If using Windows XP, it is recommended that you disable the System Restore service temporarily while using the removal tool.
Once the tool has completed its job, run it again after a reboot to make sure the infection has been cleaned up.
