BitHide9 is a tool that can disguise a file from your computer under a different locally stored document.
You need to start an account in the application with a username and passwrd to use it. After that you only need to select a file to hide, and where you want it hidden.
Note that the tool does not encrypt files at all.
NOTE: This portable version includes no installer.
