CreateInstall Free is a tool you can use to create excellent Installation packages for Windows.

The tool allows you to create professional installation packages using a simple interface. The entire installation process is presented as a sequence of commands. You can both use those commands that are already available and add any operations that you require.

It supports everything from Licensing, to Uninstalls, to Registry Modifications, INI files, Multi-Directory Deployment and the creation of shortcuts.
