DownTimer is a tool that simply will shut down your computer after a specified interval.
You can turn off computer after 10, 20, 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes. The tool sits in the system tray. That's pretty much all it does.
NOTE: on Windows XP, you will require .NET framework 2.0 or higher (64-bit version).
