FileWing Shredder is a tool that can completely destroy files and make them unrecoverable.
If you are selling on a PC to somebody and are going to delete personal files, you might want to use a tool like this. A normal deletion process in Windows will not get rid of files completely, and they can usually be restored with little effort.
This program provides seven different file overwrite/destruction methods that will make the data unrecoverable.
It can also overwrite free space on a drive so that anything you previously deleted will be destroyed too.
