Game Turbo Booster attempts to make video games and other apps run more smoothly on older hardware.

It claims to optimize system resources in order to prioritize apps that you are using, such as freeing up more memory for them. It has a very simply interface offering to optimize memory and optimize your hard drive.

Game Booster Turbo does not actually explain the exact steps it takes though, which is disappointing. Also, you should bare in mind that there really is no way to overcome the problem of having hardware that just isn't up to the spec for a specific game or application.
