NewFileTime is a utility that can change timestamps of files and folders.
You can easily drag and drop files and folders into the utility and modify the file so that the timestamp is whatever you want to set it to. You can edit bulk files with the application.
You can edit the date the file/folder was created, the day it was modified and the last access date and time, easily.
The software is free, and is also portable which means it does not require an installation.
