SocketSniff from NirSoft is a freeware utility to monitor the Windows Sockets (WinSock) activity of a process that you select.
It provides detailed information on each created socket, such as socket handle, socket type, local and remote addresses, local and remote ports, total number of send/receive bytes, and more.
This utility works up to Windows 7, but does not work on 64-bit systems yet (it will run, but will only work with 32-bit applications.)
NOTE: Using this tool to debug SMSS.exe in Windows 7 will lead to a blue screen of death (BSOD).
