Sofonesia Ultra Shutdown is a tool that can manage shut down operations, and run clean-up tasks before shut down.

With it you can easily schedule shut down operations like Shitdown, Restart, Hibernate, Lock, Log Off and so on. It will place a toolbar on the Desktop with easy access to these commands.

Additionally, it can also carry out tasks before shutting down or restarting, including emptying the recycle bin, erasing recent documents lists, clearing URL history in IE, clearing cookies and clearing temp files.

You can password protect the program so that nobody else can interfere with its settings.
