Speccy is a small, free utility that tells exactly what components you have inside your PC.

Speecy can tell you what make and model of motherboard you have, what graphics video card you have, what processor you have, how many memory slots your computer has occupied (and how many slots you have free), etc.

Extremely useful information year or two after you've built your PC when you've long forgotten what exactly the parts you put into your PC were. Furthermore, when you're planning on selling your PC, you can simply print out the information sheet from Speccy to your eBay listing rather than open up your computer case and try to guess what each part's exact model number happens to be.
